Nutritional Leverage Page 82 - It's not Hunger! What you feel when hungry it is often just the sensation of being empty. We, who have subscribed to the Standard American Diet (SAD) are obsessive about never being without food in our stomachs. It's the reason we're fat.

Proper nutrition and health require periods of not digesting. You must empty to be healthy and that means a period of more than two hours, and preferably four to six, without a snack.

The habit of all-day grazing is a primary reason you've gained weight over the years. And it's making you sick, too.
